we are the craft beer co brighton, an independent family business established in 2011.

our brighton pub opened in 2012, it can proudly claim to have been the first of the new wave craft beer pubs that brought together cask ale, keg and also bottles and cans in brighton.

the brighton pub scene has undergone a revolution since we planted our flag a decade ago, we have been imitated on literally every corner of the city, none the less, we are still standing and fighting to be its best pub

we remain a truly independent and unique business that led the way in creating a new type of pub in brighton and beyond.

we are 100% owned by two school friends, who are not quite as young as they were when they started, but they are just as passionate about the pub business.

we are looking for a real people person, someone who can bring vision and energy to our pub.

our current gm is stepping down after 5 years, leaving on good terms to start a new chapter in his life.

this is the moment for us to reassess every aspect of the pub.

we are committed to offering the best selection of beers to be found anywhere in brighton and hove alongside the friendliest service.

we take hospitality very seriously - we are passionate about offering our guests a home away from home.

we are fully aware that we have very high standards and expectations and are looking for the right person to take the helm and take the pub forward.

we are accessible, reasonable and fair, you will be working for a dynamic small pub company where your voice and ideas are heard.

we are looking for someone to come into the business and treat it as their own, throwing energy and ideas at it.

we will share all our expertise, knowledge and experience with the new general manager.

we are looking to empower someone to take the business forward, we are open to new ideas and all ideas will be considered and discussed.

to save anyone wasting time, we are not the sort of place where an 'armchair manager' is going to thrive, we are looking for a real leader, someone to get stuck in, build a team and lead it from the front. this is very much a frontline role, where the pubs leader will be expected to be on site at the busiest times.

salary will be discussed in person, but we are able to offer a very compelling salary to the chosen person.

we love pubs, we are proud of our heritage, the first craft beer led pub company in both london and brighton, winners of numerous awards and creators of a new and better type of pub.
