required qualifications:
• current epic principal trainer certification.
• in-depth knowledge of epic mst build, maintenance, and structure.
• 3+ years of classroom and/or virtual training delivery.
• bachelor’s degree or associates degree with equivalent training experience.
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• proficiency in microsoft office, including word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook
preferred qualifications:
• experience implementing and maintaining epic super user and/or thrive programs.
• instructional design and/or education experience.
• epic implementation training experience.
• experience with one or more digital content creation tools (i.e., adobe captivate)
