• daily/key responsibilities are to include training on multiple file transfer software applications, applying that training to ongoing projects that require knowledge of windows operating systems. key daily activities will vary but include file organization, folder cleanup, file transfer, and careful deletion of new and old files within our shared drives to bring our storage to compliance.
• candidates must be proficient with windows operating systems and folder structure, microsoft office applications of outlook / excel / word, familiar with adobe acrobat.
• candidates desirable skills may include experience with file transfer, file storage, paralegal skills, database management.
1. knowledge of ms office applications (excel / outlook / word)
