Sr. content strategist - united states, rochester (minnesota)

adecco is hiring immediately for a sr. content strategist with a local client in minnetonka, mn. sr. content strategists perform essential duties with pay starting at $80.00/hour. in this role, you will take key responsibility for creating and managing a content governance process that spans all benefit descriptions across product offerings. support portals, brokers, sales agents, marketers, customer service advocates, and providers with consistent and easily accessible benefit content they can use to support the members at all touchpoints. you will establish an enterprise- level governance and cadence to drive efficient and scalable benefit content that supports multiple lobs, inform leaders and senior management of exposure to risk and effectively mitigate it, and measure awareness and effectiveness using common objectives and key results (okrs), create common standards, and work with product, business, and technology teams to standardize decision-making.
 

 

requirements:

bs/ba degree

4+ years in a digital communications-related field

experience managing and/or strategizing content for use across multiple products

healthcare experience

creates and evangelizes content strategy and governance at the enterprise level for benefit of descriptive content

partners with stakeholders within product creation, sales, and marketing across lobs to ensure a seamless brand voice across both public and authenticated sites and internally utilized channels when describing our benefit offerings

partners with legal and governance teams to ensure benefit content aligns with federal, state, and contractual requirements

collaborate with research and design to extract user feedback (prospect, member, and internal stakeholders) to improve copy for increased benefit comprehension

identify gaps in benefit content and prioritize based on usage and/or other data

writes copy with member comprehension of benefits first in mind

proven ability to diplomatically advocate for the user and communicate informed design rationale and value

create, support, and improve content-related intake, maintenance, and curation procedures

lead a team of experienced copywriters

maintain consistent voice and language across all uhc benefit product offerings
