we are a growing company looking for someone bilingual (spanish/english), who is a positive person, punctual & responsible. must be a team player and be able to answer telephone inquiries by providing assistance to our customers.
job description:
assist the owner of a small and fast-growing furniture manufacturing company with staying organized in his day-to-day activities, running errands, invoicing/following up with clients, and special projects.
we are looking for someone organized and proactive who can be resourceful, and positive and wear many hats to support tasks and projects as they arise. quickbooks experience is a must.
job duties:
* invoicing/billing clients (using google drive and quickbooks)
* various administrative work
* follow up on past due invoices
* create invoices and email clients via quickbooks
* managing equipment inventory, ordering equipment from vendors
* responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail / shipments
* run any errands assigned
* other duties and responsibilities as assigned
qualifications:
* proficiency with quickbooks, some google sheets, and microsoft excel, and familiar with g-electronic mail correspondence
* self-sufficient but able to ask for assistance
* good follow-up skills, fast learner, and organized
* true team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
