we are looking to recruit a experienced customer service advisor to work on a permanent contract, based in the dunston area of chesterfield.
the role is starting asap and the hours of work will be:
monday to thursday - 08:45am- 17:00pm and fri 08:30am - 16:30pm
job description - customer service advisor
- processing customer sales/purchase orders using sap
- answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries/queries promptly and effectively
- responsible for generating invoices
- managing customer expected delivery dates by providing weekly chase reports to suppliers
- support/provide information to the sales team accurately
- develop/maintain relationships with both new/existing customers/suppliers
essential skills required:
- must have previous admin/customer service experience
- professional telephone manner
- computer literate
- excellent communication skills
- team player, but able to work on own initiative
