responsibilities for order/data entry clerk jobs include but are not limited to:

job description:  

order entry position working directly with internal and external customers to enter sales orders, provide status and assist with issue resolution.

duties include entering orders received via email and phone, verifying data, issuing rma’s (return material authorization request), maintaining customer account records and working with other departments as necessary.  determine payment method and work with accounting for charges for services requested.  will complete reports as requested.

perform various administrative functions such as filing, data entry / maintenance, answering phones and other general office duties.  proficient in ms office.
