due to demand at parcelforce, the most trusted and successful letters and parcel delivery business, an opportunity for you to join their team as a temporary multi drop driver has become available!

location: worcester

pay rate:

- £12.98 per hour

- £23.80 per hour on bank holidays

overtime rates:

- £11.69 per hour monday - friday

- £13.14 per hour saturdays

- £17.07 per hour sundays

shift: starting around 08:00 until 18:00, flexibility around start and finish times may be required. normal working days fall between monday to friday with the occasional saturday if business needs require.

contract: temporary.

multi drop driver responsibilities:

* driving a sprinter van delivering between 35 - 40 drops per day in your first week, increasing week on week thereafter to local residential and commercial addresses.

* adhering to standard work processes at all times.

* the depot covers all of wr postcode areas so knowledge and good driving ability is an advantage.

* following 100% to sequence the route on the pda.

requirements:

* a full and valid cat b driving licence - experience of driving a 3.5t van is essential.

* we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on his or her own initiative.

* we are looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly.

* previous multi-drop experience is an advantage however training is provided.

* a maximum of 6 points on your licence.

* you must be physically fit to be able to manually load parcels into a van (up to 30kg).

* you must be able to provide various proof for identity checks.

* please note you must be able to pass a background and security check to be able to qualify for this role.
