6 month fixed term contract the company able bridge recruitment are delighted to be working with a global manufacturing brand who are infamous (in a good way), in the work they do both as a brand and internally. we have been asked to assist the business in the recruitment of an interim (6 month fixed term contract), hr advisor post to cover an internal secondment. the organisational structure is such that the role technically reports into the hr manager, however on a day to day basis you can expect to be managed by one of the businesses hr partners. the responsibilities the purpose of this role is to provide hr guidance and advice to the business in line with our clients business (hr), guidelines and policies. your primary remit is to support the business in promoting a performance culture with engagement and organisational development. on a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following; work with the business in the way that the business needs to support and encourage empowerment, open culture and development from an operational prospective. aid the resolution of queries that arise from team leaders and employees, ensuring that the application of process, procedure and correct legislative compliance is followed. proactively support the hr manager/ hr bp in recruitment process which may include job offer management, selection and candidate experience. act as a business advocate to develop learning and development initiatives for employees and liaise with the appropriate l&d teams to upskill current and future employees. the requirements we are seeking an experienced hr professional who has worked within a fast paced, ideally manufacturing environment (within the united kingdom). our client is an exceptionally forward thinking, commercially focused organisation and we seek an individual with competencies that will reflect this. we would expect the successful applicant to have worked in an hr advisor role for at least 3 years. cipd qualification would be advantageous pq cipd would be considered. if you are interested in hearing more detail about this role or would like to have a confidential chat about a potential career move, please do not hesitate in contacting me. covid19 statement our client will be expecting the successful applicant to be based in the office on a blended working model, the model that we are working with is 60% in the office and 40% working remotely. if, however, applicants wish to work longer in the office the option is open
