adecco is hiring immediately for metal finishers at kurt manufacturing company in minneapolis, mn. metal finishers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $19.00-$25.00/hr., plus available overtime. as a metal finisher, you will set up, operate, control plating, etching, and/or other metal finishing equipment to coat metal objects to build up, protect, or decorate surfaces, and other duties as assigned.
 
requirements:

 

  • high school diploma or equivalent ged
  • 2 years of related experience
  • work involves exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects
  • reach by extending hands and arms
  • handle objects by seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hands
  • pick, pinch, or otherwise work primarily with fingers
  • have near acuity with clarity of vision at 20 inches or less
  • judge distances and spatial relationships (see objects three-dimensionally)
  • adjust vision to bring objects into sharp focus
  • identify and distinguish colors
