gi group is looking for a parts advisor to join one of the lead car dealers in uk and worldwide. this role will suit someone who has a passion for motor trade or experience working within this sector.

key responsibilities:

* to undertake training within the parts department and at our manufacturer partners

* identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning

* stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements

* to drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products

* to understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them

* to understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods

* to become a brilliant team member within the parts department

* to embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our brilliant parts sales advisors.

* to respect the property of the company and any property for which the company is responsible, or which is in their care.

* to assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.
