Machine operator - united states, auburn

adecco is hiring immediately for machine operators at our client site in auburn, me. machine operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $17.00/hr., plus available overtime. as a machine operator, you will operate machinery producing cleaning products, perform quality checks, pack out finished products, troubleshoot issues, and other general manufacturing duties as assigned.
 
requirements:

high school diploma/ged

1+ years’ related experience

proficient in basic math (metric conversion, fractions to decimals, knowledge of measuring devices)

mechanical aptitude – must be comfortable working with equipment

ability to follow verbal and written instructions

ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may be subjected to elevated noise/odors/temperatures etc.
