confined space attendants require candidates to:

remain outside the confided space and monitor the entrance

the attendant my not abandon his post for any reason while personnel are in the space

guard the space against unauthorized entry

warn the entrant of any unusual conditions

summon rescue personnel if needed

keep records of confined space work

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the confined space attendant jobs:

have strong attention to detail

willing to complete the paid training for confined space certification

have open availability

able to work 12 hour shifts from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

able to work mandatory overtime

the starting pay rate for these confined space attendant positions is $19.23 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
