salary: gbp9.90/hr (25 days of paid holiday per year).
hours: 9:00 - 17:00 monday - friday (35 hours per week).
start date: immediate.
location: work from home.

responsibilities:
attend project briefings to ensure project objectives are understood.
outbound calling - contact businesses and residential contacts to collect information on their views and opinions on a specific subject.
conduct professional interviews with respondents over the phone to the highest quality standards and agreed to key performance indicators.
supply any project related feedback and observations to the team manager.
deal with any problems/complaints that arise in a professional and sensitive manner.
what are we looking for?
as a market research interviewer, you will be expected to have:
excellent communication and negotiation skills.
a professional manner and an aptitude for providing quality service.
the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with respondents.
good literacy and numeracy skills.
computer literate and familiar with the capabilities of hardware.
excellent timekeeping and attendance.
requirements:
minimum of 6 months previous continuous employment within an outbound market research, sales or customer service contact centre role.
equipment required: a laptop with windows 10 or above; 4gb ram and a 4 thread cpu, ideally ssd hard disk. ethernet cable; 8 mbps download, 5 mbps upload internet speed. usb-c headset.
