we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic live chat advisor to join our client's rapidly growing team in aston! the company is young, fast-growing, fast-evolving and vibrant, and you will be working in a lively, modern and energetic office with onsite parking. the company has an engaged and inspiring team, with a proven track record of achievement. you will join an expanding team of high performers and you will predominantly look after the live chat functionality to answer queries & generate call-backs for the learning advisors.
key responsibilities/duties
take ownership of the sales live chat functionality
use good written communication skills to generate call-backs for the learning advisors
maintain up to date knowledge of the courses and processes
assist learning advisors & enrolment manager with additional tasks when required
