our sales office assistant is one of our most important roles in the business. working 20 hours a week, monday, tuesday and friday. to support the business you will;
ensure good communications between departments
take orders from our website and enter them to our office computer system
support with completion of customer complaints to satisfactory standard.
complete reports as defined by the sales office manager.
meet sales targets and the required standards of customer service.
take sales office calls.
assist in any other day to day duties as required by sales office supervisor/manager.
there are some specific skills and experience we are looking for from suitable candidates;
pc literate
excellent communication skills
excellent organizational skills
experience of an office environment
excellent administration skills
sales experience
experience of working in a pressurised environment
working hours are
monday and tuesday 9.00am to 5pm
friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
no shift work
