job responsivities for the accounting assistant include:
day-to-day administrative support of corporate account requests acting as the liaison between the corporate account sales managers, corporate customer headquarters and field operations. this role will work directly with 10-20 corporate account managers and their customers. the person in this role will engage in activities daily that will assist the sales force in managing customer inquiries, expanding opportunities, mitigating risk, and improving customer retention. in simple terms, this person will assist sales in maintaining a solid working relationship with existing customers and support the on-boarding of new customers in a positive and timely manner. the ability to work in a teaming environment and build strong rapport with sales and sales operations team members is very important.
