Manufacturing operator - united kingdom, maidenhead, berkshire
we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is well known global company based in maidenhead and we are looking for experienced manufacturing operators.
job function/principal duties:
* carrying out tasks to ensure that scheduled daily output demands are met.
* maintain your work area to a high gmp (good manufacturing practice) and housekeeping level.
* comply with health & safety guidance and report on any health and safety issues.
* maintain departmental logbooks and departmental paperwork to a high gmp (good manufacturing practice) standard.
* take pride in work area and drive for improvements and maintain high standards in every aspect of the manufacturing operation.
* to ensure that gmp (good manufacturing practice), quality, health & safety are considered in all aspects of role
pay rate - £14.43
within this role you can progress to level 2 & level 3 (e.g. level 2 at £15.09 & above). your rate of pay will depends on the levels.
shift patterns:
24/5 (3 shifts patterns):
1 week on earlies shifts: from monday to thursday 6am - 2pm & friday 6am - 1pm. 40.25hrs (including 15mins. handovers)
1 week on lates shifts: from monday to thursday 2pm - 10pm & friday 1pm - 8pm. 40.25hrs (including 15mins. handovers)
1 week on nights shifts: from monday to thursday 10pm - 6am.
36.5hrs (including 15mins. handovers plus extra hours for breaks)
