position description

we are looking for a program manager to drive critical infrastructure projects that help secure sensitive medical data used in health ai’s projects.. you are passionate about bringing our company's  ai capabilities to help improve people’s health around the world. you will be working with cross-functional partners and client teams to build an infrastructure which supports our mission. you have a strong sense of focus and your attention to technical and organizational details enables you to deliver outstanding results in a timely manner. you're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

and with your help, our team can help build a network of delegates within client teams who help secure and strengthen the privacy, security and health compliance posture for the whole of health. by delivering the program that helps secure our product and research initiatives, you will play a crucial role in enabling google-wide success in the field of ophthalmology, mammography, dermatology, etc.

define, develop, distribute, update and create repeatable processes/tools -- ongoing communications about the overall program for the various internal stakeholder groups.

skill/experience/education

mandatory

  • 3+ years of professional experience managing complex functional projects
  • proven ability to define projects, setup processes and execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders
  • ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
  • ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time
  • strong quantitative ability and the ability to define important metrics
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • desired

  • background in delivering projects in the regulated healthcare space
  • background in bio-engineering, healthcare, or medicine
  • exposure and understanding of phi/pii operations
