as ruggable's uk building maintenance technician / engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facility is running smoothly,with responsibility for wide range of mechanical, electrical, hvac, and hardware support that is needed to maintain our buildings.

perform quality checks on hvac, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systemsinspecting, repairing, and maintaining office equipment such as printers, fax machines, telephones, etc.supporting the facilities team with safety issues, including testing and recommendations.coordinating equipment and parts deliveries from vendors and suppliers.keeping documents of inspections and problems.acting as a main point of contact for any building maintenance inquiries.hands on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining office equipment and hardware.this is a physically demanding role that will require heavy lifting, climbing, lifting of 50+lbs, standing and walking for extended periods of time; and a need to have good hand/eye coordination.
