we are currently looking to recruit an experienced chef de partie to work in this fabulous, authentic, italian fine dining restaurant. as chef de partie you will be preparing classic italian dishes, alongside the head chef and team to a 2aa rosette standard.

the ideal chef de partie will have the following:
