these are temporary/seasonal roles with a view to a permanent role.

we have fantastic opportunities for customer service advisors to join us in our fulfilment offices in gateshead on seasonal contracts up to christmas.

as a customer service advisor, you will need to deeply care about how companies treat their customers as you will be working on behalf of our clients delivering first-class customer service.

ideally, you will have at least 6-months customer service experience preferably gained within a customer service environment although all applicants will still be considered, and full training is provided.

essential skills
