*about me*

i am an independent, active and friendly, young woman with cerebral palsy. i am a wheelchair user and you will work 1 on 1 with me as i require physical help with all day to day tasks.

i have many interests including swimming , painting, days out and music concerts. i take pride in taking care of myself and of my home. i consider myself to be very friendly and have a good sense of humour.

*essential requirements for this role*

• a full uk driving licence- must be able to drive a manual vehicle

• non/smoker due to my asthma

• vaccinated for covid-19

•available for occasional sickness and holiday cover including weekends

•references & dbs

• able to use your own initiative

• have excellent time keeping and organisational skills

• be reliable, patient and trustworthy

• honesty and a good sense of humour are essential!

*what does the job involve?*

• day to day personal care, assisting me with hoisting, washing, dressing, female hygiene, toileting and support with eating and drinking.

• all domestic tasks including cooking, cleaning, washing etc.

•driving a medium sized wheelchair accessible vehicle for trips out

• paid breaks

• full training provided

•nest pension scheme optional

•5.6 weeks holiday pro rata
