project overview:
the business management team drives the strategic priorities and business operations for our client’s smb ads business, working with the vice president of rso (revenue strategy & operations). our goal is to drive stronger productivity and organizational effectiveness, all while improving the experience of working in rso.
overall responsibilities:
in this role, you will run rso’s planning and prioritization process, rso forward, in asana. you’ll ensure that plans are comprehensive across the 400+ global team, and that the data in asana is ready for exec level prioritization.
top 3 daily responsibilities:
ensure data quality / hygiene of planning in asana (i.e. completeness, syntax) by auditing projects and reaching out to stakeholders for more information
serve as the first line of defense for questions for the team on asana
report out on key data points based on input in asana
mandatory
minimum 2-3 years working with asana
experience running a cyclical process, especially as part of business operations
3+ years experience in process management and improvement
desired
ba / bs degree
attention to detail
navigating ambiguity
change management
