the role of a recruitment consultant:

establishing strong relationships at all levels

targeting key prospect users through a direct approach; calling, emails, networking and social media websites including linkedin

sourcing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies

managing candidates and ensuring a high level of customer service

hitting weekly targets relating to billing, calls, client meetings and candidate registrations

in order to build a successful career in recruitment you will need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills/attributes:

an ability to develop and maintain long standing relationships with clients

tenacity and resilience

an instinctive desire to win client business

1st year ote gbp30k+ and an uncapped commission structure
