Project manager - united states, frankfort

adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a project manager in frankfort, ky. given the number of partners attached to this project, a project manager is essential to keeping the project moving and ensuring organized and timely data collection. this position reports to the grant project director and will also support the division of strategic planning and research.

payrate is $37.65 monday – friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

responsibilities

project manager

maintaining the schedule of activities and ongoing project meetings;

coordinating communications among all contracted & field partners;

collecting & organizing essential work products and data;

tracking ongoing activity & deliverable production;

coordinating preparation of progress reports to the us department of education, the kentucky commissioner of education, & the kentucky board of education;

supporting the project director; and,

other duties as assigned.

additional skills/qualifications:

strong work history in customer service

experience working with government programs (preferred)

strong verbal and written communication skills

good time management and organizational skills

the ability to work well under pressure

a willingness to work as part of a team
