gi group are working with a market leading pioneering recycling company who are part of a global organisation and the site is based in heanor

this role sits within the plaswood re-manufacturing division, which is one of the most environmentally conscious products on the market.

purpose of the role:

to ensure all quotes, orders, enquiries, complaints, telephone calls are actioned in an accurate and timely manner.

* ensure that incoming enquiries and quotations are managed in a timely manner

* upsell products to existing customers and ensure all opportunities to sell the products are actively taken

* support the business development team in the achievement of the company's commercial aims and kpis

* handling incoming calls from the customer dealing with enquiries, complaints, day to day orders

* ensure regular and proactive contact is made with existing customers - looking after key accounts
