we are expanding our team and are looking for a trainee warehouse assistant.
we are a well-established family business supplying our goods online and direct to retail shops.
we are looking for a dynamic individual to work in our warehouse who is keen to learn, is a hard worker and is accurate and consistent in their approach.
the job will include but not limited to:
regular unloading of containers, the successful applicant must be physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes safely.
picking and packing items for orders, labelling and preparing for daily collection by couriers.
collating goods on pallets for large orders.
must be numerate to deal with stock taking and dispatch
loading trucks with orders daily
forklift licence would be advantageous but not a necessity
immediate start: rate £10.50 per hour
hours of work are 9am-4.00pm mon- fri : extra hours may be required during busy periods.
