in-line with any luxury global brand it’s all about getting our product to our customer in the most efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. our goods in/out supervisor plays a key role in fulfilling the promises we make to our customers and in meeting and exceeding customer expectations. you are responsible for all goods in and goods out while supervising your team in a safe manner working within the company’s management systems and legal requirements. under the health and safety act, you will have responsibility for ppe and ensure you work in a safe manner to protect your own safety and that of others.

key objectives & responsibilities but not limited to:-

responsible for ensuring the operation of the yard stock control, transportation and security.
responsible for the housekeeping of the yard ensuring correct storage of materials, equipment and vehicles.
ensure that all equipment within your scope of work is maintained to the highest standard.
responsible for the development of the yard staff to achieve defined minimum standards of performance, ensuring that all individuals are developed to make the minimum contribution consistent with their abilities and expectations.
responsible for the safe loading / unloading of vehicles and containers.
ensure that all paperwork has been processed at the correct time to enable the factory’s daily procedure to be undertaken without any problems, which may result in unnecessary credits having to be raised.
