we are excited to be working with the uk's top healthcare service provider in their search for customer service advisors to join their team. this role will be suitable for someone who enjoys providing excellent service and thrives on problem solving.

main duties will involve:

* respond to inbound calls, emails and letters

* deal with different queries from customers such as finance related issues, building issues, any other back office queries

* receive and log inbound queries from customers

* accurate data entry

* provide rapid response to customers

* liaise with business teams to keep customers informed

* recognise and proactively escalate complaints to case managers

* work toward team goals and targets

* undertake additional tasks as required by team leader
