we are a small family run cafe in milngavie who require an experienced chef to cover a minimum of 16hrs per week.
the cafe although small can be a very busy place so experience of working in a busy eviroment is essential. you will be working within a small team of hard working people although being able to work on your own will be equally important.
there will be times that you have to serve customers as well as cook so some personality would help the right candidate to succeed within the cafe.
as stated we are a small family run business who like to think that we look after our staff well. we are flexible in terms of working hours and are happy to work with the right candidate to make the position work for both parties however a minimum of one shift at the weekend will be required.
the pay will meet national living wage but will be more for the right candidate who is able to run the shop in the absence of the owner.
