Office assistant part time - united states, minneapolis

specific duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

 

1. managing company fleet of vehicles and equipment

2. reviewing and approving expense reports

3. assisting with insurance items

4. helping with company events, ordering office supplies, organizing miscellaneous items

5. aiding the sales teams with marketing items

6. managing the social media pages for the company

7. creating templates for all teams to help organization

8. assisting accounts payable with invoice entry

9. and many more!

 

 

work experience and education requirements

 

  • hish school diploma
  • 3 years minimum experience working in an office environment
  • high level of ms office and other programs
  • highly organized and reliable
  • able to handle various task at the same time
