Basic mechnical knowledge, along with knowing how to operate hydraulics, mostly booms and backhoes. some electrical knowledge a plus.
starting pay $20 -$26/ hour (depending on extent of knowledge and experience ) will be delivering material to job sites, driving utility truck along with verious other tasks and duties.
