what you’ll be doing

summary:

acting as the candidate’s employment “agent” (i.e. liaison) through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, the branch recruiter implements initiatives for recruiting diverse talent. nurtures and manages relationships with prospective talent and clients. meets performance kpis and sla metrics and focuses on an improved candidate experience.  

essential duties & responsibilities:

  • identifies, sources, screens and selects top-quality candidates for open opportunities within our branches.
  • conducts structured interviews with candidates; provides feedback and advises on next steps.
  • works closely with management to ensure clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture and program expectations.
  • creates and implements robust recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of clients.
  • achieves full understanding of and executes required recruitment, interview and submission activity kpis.
  • builds and retains a pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future client fulfillment requests.
  • maintains and updates candidate records in tracking database.
  • serves as a liaison for candidate inquiries during the recruiting and onboarding process; addresses all inquiries and escalates as appropriate.
  • takes decisive and persistent action on addressing associate and client complaints and grievances; uses independent discretion to assess proper course of
  • trains candidates for success on assignment including the completion of adecco and client onboarding requirements, orientation, etc; tailors training to specific client as needed
  • develops and manages candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen adecco’s footprint in the market.
  • champions the team’s vision by upholding the required standards of behavior and attitude, both associate and client facing.

    minimum education & experience requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience is preferred.
  • knowledge, skills & abilities requirements:

  • excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills
  • process and kpi oriented
  • excellent ms office (word, excel & powerpoint) and database skills, along with the ability to learn new software, are required
  • capable of problem resolution and prioritization
  • demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate and associate relationships and networks
  • high energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude
