based in our headquarters just outside manchester city centre.
working as part of a wider operations support team ensuring the smooth running of the support services delivery to vulnerable young people. the role is varied and includes:
ensuring keys to properties are stored, issued and returned correctlyhandling the company expense process, keeping spending and authorisation running smoothlyauditing records to ensure our support and property activity is compliant with our organisation’s standardssupporting service delivery teams with purchase ordering process, liaising with our finance department when required.answering calls, greeting visitors and getting meeting rooms ready for usetaking minutes in meetings
about you
the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector and have proven experience in a similar operations support role.
the ideal candidate
previous experience in customer service and handling phone calls.a driving license would be an advantage but not essentialcompetent with microsoft packages.high level of numeracy and literacy skills.computer literate.good interpersonal skills.ability to work under pressure and react to unforeseen issues in an ever-changing work environment.proactive and intuitive approach to tasks.high accuracy and attention to detail.
