about client: hobart services is located the middletown, ky area. hobart service maintains, repairs & replaces food service equipment/machine parts for some of the top food service brands in north america.
about the position: 6-8 weeks depending on circumstances. pay starting at $19+/hr depending on experience.
associate will answer phones, process repair & service requests into company computer system, and assist with client invoice and billing for the hobart "market". supervisor is based in charlestown, sc. most training will be conducted virtually via teams meetings. associate should be familiar with a call queue and have great customer service skills and experience. associate will be answering calls for multiple offices who are linked with louisville, south carolina, and other locations within the market. 30-50% of time will be spent on phones & the remainder of time will be spent on 3rd party vendor management, inputting service requests, invoicing and billing. looking for a candidate to meet the following aspects listed below:
