adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a customer services rep opportunity. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract 

location:  onsite position winston-salem nc

pay: $18.60

length: 18+ months
shift/hours:  monday- friday 8am-5pm

 

responsibilities for the customer services rep:

  • take customer, dealer, and other third-party calls regarding title and lien perfection questions
  • coordinate the scanning of the titles.
  • pull titles, msos, and ucc for charge offs or repossessed accounts.
  • prepare and send letters of guarantee to insurance companies if a customer has wrecked or totaled the financed equipment.
  • send titles back to department of motor vehicles (dmv) or dealers to have mistaken corrected.
  • research missing titles or lien filings with dealerships and/or dmv.
  • ensure state lien perfection requirements are correct and up to date for collateral financed.
