adecco  creative has an opening for an accounts and logistics administrator with a leading client of ours in manhattan, ny. this is a contract to permanent role for someone who is experienced in working in accounts receivable and has strong quickbooks skills. this is with an exciting company that has been featured in beauty and health magazines. this company has  created effective, simple, clean, and inclusive products for the whole body!

 

essential duties & responsibilities

fulfill all incoming retailer pos and maintain communication with retail accounts throughout the fulfillment process

ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion and according to the customer's specifications

liaise with third party fulfillment provider (3pl) to ensure inventory is available in the right quantities; also responsible for managing freight and logistics for retail pos from the fulfillment center

keeping ar clean and current, which involves creating and sending invoices for all retail sales, booking in received payments, credit memos, etc.
