adecco creative & marketing is partnering with a client in the commercial office furniture industry in search of a charismatic, client-focused, and creative sales professional!

in this role as a workplace solutions coordinator, you will be responsible for the success of the clients. you will prospect and qualify new businesses, and engage potential clients in person, over email, and by phone as you manage a sales funnel from lead generation to closure.

you will leverage your creativity and office interior experience to consult clients on incentive design, consumer engagement, and other client goals.

this role is located in chicago, il therefore candidates must be commutable to either their downtown or naperville office.

responsibilities:

strategic relationship development

developing and executing sales strategies

exceeding sales goals and meeting business objectives

executing and leading the sales process from lead acceptance to close of the sale

creating business forecasts

developing and managing new industry relationships

collaborating with leadership and internal partners to develop and execute business plans

erp/ crm data management, updating, and analysis

qualifications:

accomplished and well-versed in the office interiors. (experience in interior design, fashion, retail, real estate, or similar, a plus.)

experience developing relationships with owners, c-level executives, finance, facilities management, and human resource executives, within companies of all sizes

good knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture

process quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently

participate in programming activities with in-house designers and clients to understand office furniture needs and considerations

work in conjunction with in-house designers toward the successful execution of interiors projects to meet client’s functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs
