adecco is hiring 10 seasonal customer service agents in morrisville, nc! this is a seasonal position from 10/31/2022 - 12/30/2022. our client is a leading global provider of photo products and services

** offering a bonus of $250 if employee stays the length of assignment from 10/31/2022 - 12/30/2022. 

job description:

call center agents will be receiving calls from retailers regarding issues they or their customer is having with digital prints processing and assist with resolution of the issue. example: walmart photo center employee would call into this call center for resolution of an issue they are having with the machine onsite due to a customer compliant or questions on how to correctly request digital print packages or machine issues.

provide hardware/software and networking support to retail employees via phone

provide order fulfillment and mobile app support via email

thoroughly and efficiently document customer interactions while on the phone.

use customer service skills to assist retail employees and consumers to provide an outstanding customer experience

ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

dependability and punctuality are a must

special requirements or call outs:

previous experience with customer service/call center technical support experience or both

experience with diagnostics procedures

familiarity with photography and digital imaging a plus

working knowledge of windows operating systems and pc hardware

this is not a remote position

work weekends and holidays (weekend hours are 11am-8pm)

call center is open from 8am -7pm – must be flexible with hours; schedule could be 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm 10am-7pm, 11am – 8pm (this call center is open 365 days a year)

schedule/hours:

training for 2 weeks 8am- 5:00 pm 

week 3 will be nesting

week 4 go live on phones

must be available to work between 8am -8pm – flexible shift including weekends and holidays, must be flexible shifts could be 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm 10am-7pm, 11am – 8pm (this call center is open 365 days a year).

salary: $17.00 per hour plus bonus.
