we are looking for a fantastic nanny to care for g1 girl in notting hill, london.

you will be contracted to work 8am – 7pm, monday – friday.

you will be responsible for the care of a delightful 7 month old girl, and be in charge of all care pertaining to her, along with her wellbeing, education and development. you will also be expected to carry out all nursery duties, preparing nutritious meals for the child, laundry and ironing, organising her bedroom and wardrobes, planning and preparing activities for her as well as ensuring she is in a good routine.

you must be an educationally and developmentally focused nanny who can stimulate the child through inventive activities and creative/imaginative play. you will be energetic, patient, and passionate about child development. experience caring for infants is essential.

separate accommodation can be provided within a short distance of the family property.

duties;

physical care of the child
supporting and providing activities for the all-round development of the child
communicating with parents on all aspects of the care of their child
providing well balanced and nutritious meals appropriate to the needs of the child
cleaning and tidying the nursery, bedroom, playroom and other areas agreed with the parents
cleaning and tidying the accommodation provided for the nanny
cleaning, laundering and mending the child’s clothes and toys
responsibility for cleaning and maintaining household equipment relating to the care of the child
ability to use all equipment related to the care of the child e.g. buggies and car seats
taking the child to playgroup / nursery / school
taking the child on outings appropriate to their age and stage of development
preparing for special occasions such as birthday parties
caring for the child when they are sick and administering medicine(s)
discussion with parents relating to time on and off duty, nursery expenses, transport, babysitting
planning and organising extra-curricular activities for the child

to be considered for this role you must;

have 5+ years’ experience working as a nanny caring for toddlers
have excellent contactable references
possess (or be willing to get) an up to date dbs
possess an up to date first aid qualification
be fluent in english language
be discreet and trustworthy
