Business process analyst - united states, rochester (minnesota)
adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a remote business analyst position starting at $44.00/hour for 1 full year!
shift/hours: monday – friday 8am to 4:30pm
oncall support as needed, including overnights and non-business hours
• monitors and analyzes time sensitive information from multiple sources such as internal tools, government, general news feeds, and social media channels and provides actionable intelligence to support effective decision making for the event management team
• creates daily and weekly reports utilized by the emt leader and enterprise event management team
• triages incidents to determine the need to escalate to the emt leader. manage incidents through resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
• supports emt leaders during events, setting up meetings, documenting notes and decisions, gathering data, sending emergency communication, and updating program tools
• responsible for portions of the emt program administration documenting best practices, procedures, and job aides to be utilized during event management
• develops and provides training to event management participants on tools and process changes. evaluates existing process and develop proposals for process improvements
• leads or participates on projects that support improvement of the event management program and tools.
• provides 7x24 on-call support during and after normal business working hours. this may include gathering time-sensitive information needed to develop situational awareness and support decision making
qualifications:
• background in business continuity, emergency management, incident management, crisis management, command/operations center environment
• demonstrates exceptional organization, attention to detail and communications skills, including the ability to listen effectively, understand varied business concepts, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
• utilizes excellent presentation skills to interface with senior leadership
