as an assistant kitchen manager at atomic, what will you be doing?

-uphold and instill the highest food quality standards in every item we serve.
-write hoh schedule, regular ordering, management of interviews and sully's training
-maintain daily food safety reviews, cooler cleanliness & organization, kitchen supplies purchase tracking and pars; --manage kitchen and dairy/produce cooler
-assist in maintaining ticket times, health codes, waste log, linen par management, cost line checks, shift notes, prep lists, and to-go supplies cost

qualifications:

-experience overseeing day-to-day culinary operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, scratch kitchen
-knowledge of cost and labor systems
-passion for high-quality food and health standards
-strong leadership qualities

this is a full-time, salaried position. pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
