project overview: 

our team builds products to help everyone in the world learn anything in the world. specifically, we enhance learning for school, learning for work, and learning for life. this project focuses on education projects for k12 and higher education students worldwide.

overall responsibilities: 

develop and oversee processes for education metrics data collection and reporting in order to inform education product efficacy. this involves using education domain experience and expertise to advise product teams on the best learning metrics to collect and analyze. they will test metrics collection instruments, oversee vendors doing quality assurance and evaluation, and develop reports for stakeholders to show progress on education metrics. 

daily responsibilities: 

developing a lightweight intake process for teams to use when requesting metrics assistance

consulting with product teams on the types of questions to ask to measure learning outcomes

ongoing metrics & data monitoring & communication

creating stakeholder reports

tracking status of data collection efforts involving multiple product teams and vendors

mandatory skills/qualifications: 

project management: managing projects end to end, including communication and stakeholder management. (5+ years)

instructional design: design of learning experiences for learners of all types (k-12, adults, etc).  (4+ years)

fluency with gsuite products

non-essential skills/qualifications:

k12 educator experience
