Class 1 hgv driver - united kingdom, slough, berkshire

gi group are proud to be working alongside a well-established air freight company, who are looking for a class 1 hgv driver to join the team on a permanent basis.

we are looking for highly motivated driver who is able to take on the company's ethos and assist in the support of our client's day to day operation.

the joba

* the role will involve trunking to uk based depots with an average of 1-2 drops per shift.

* no manual unloading or handball required

* great team working skills

* a 5 year checkable work history

* experience in the air freight industry

you will be responsible for making sure all delivery logs are signed and accounted for and the role will require you to be well presented, polite, courteous and to represent the client to a high standard at all times.

paying

days - £16.38

nights - £18.88

saturday - £17.36

sunday - £18.38

overtime after 40 hours. - £24.57

* hold valid a class 1 c+e license

* no more than 6 points (no dd's, dr's, tt's or in's)

* hold valid tacho and cpc cards
