We are a small wood shop looking for someone to keep all of our custom furniture jobs and shutter jobs organized with a program called trello.
that person needs to know quickbooks to do payroll, invoicing, bill paying, and taxes (which qb calculates)
we use google calendar to schedule installations and appointments.
we need that person to be personable while answering the phone and also dealing with our clients and designers.
we need that person to order job materials and office supplies.
we need that person to be a great communicator.
