adecco is hiring immediately for customer service rep. with a local client in bloomington, mn. customer service reps. perform essential duties with pay starting at $17.00/hour, plus available overtime.

 

requirements:

high school diploma or ged

experience with microsoft office programs such as ms project, word, excel and powerpoint

it’d be great if you also have:

1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

shift:

am hours (8-4:30p) mon-saturday (one day off during the week ) and sunday off
