this company leads and manages sites that house, and support the next generation of innovative and creative businesses. the company aim is to support these creative small and start-up businesses in their day to day running by ensuring the site is run efficiently and safely. they also aim to create a collaborative and fun culture.

they are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated individual with an interest in self-development who shares the belief that personal wellness and growth are interlinked with the business's success and wants to be part of creating a thriving community and site.

this is a very inclusive role requiring a much wider range of skills than a traditional workspace manager, meeting business targets and co-creating a vision for the site with an emphasis managing and growing co-working space of a brand new facility.

requirements

- be proactive and capably organise time and workload

- happy to work alone maintaining motivation

- ability to use initiative, researching and thinking outside the box to problem solve issues with the site as and when they arise

- good communication skills, know when to ask for help and respond sensitively to clients on site

- innovative developing a vision for the future and desire to constantly improve oneself, the site and company

daily tasks

- day to day management of occupiers ensuring health and safety is upheld and fees are paid

- marketing co-working space, viewings, moving occupants in and out

- supporting the maintenance of the site and handling contractors

- putting forward proposals for site improvement including creative greening, developing breakout areas more, developing a website, adding quirks

- supporting the provision of services to the site (utility etc)

- keeping the site in good order ensuring the communal spaces are kept clear

- maintaining key registers, ledgers and records (via excel)

- liaise with property agents to support the marketing of the units

- interacting with everyone on site developing relationships, creating synergies and a network of digital and creative businesses

- occasionally creating bbqs or other events bringing people together

- assisting with events held on site potentially outside of regular business hours

pay package

£30,000 - £33,000 plus bonuses for achieving specific monthly targets. 40 hour week (9am-5pm weekdays)
