the chace people team is actively looking for an experienced and dynamic, senior general manager to join a vvip family at their large, formally run residence in london.
the successful candidate will ideally have international experience in managing large exclusive properties, or luxury hotels and will have previous, proven experience managing a staff count of 150-200.
this is a full-time, live-in position where health and safety protocols will be respected and enforced if needed. periods of isolation may be required and this will be discussed upon successful application.
you will be required to be involved in the running of each department, from f&b, to front of house, housekeeping, security, hr, facilities, events and operations. strategic ops, finance and staff management will be your strongest asset.
as the general manager, you will need to have a firm and approachable attitude, be able to think fast on your feet, be a team player, as well as the key point of reference for all staff, family and guests.
the ideal candidate should be able to join as soon as possible, having a flexible fast-paced work ethic, a discrete nature and a natural team player mentality.
this is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and established individual who is ideally based in london. the gm will be able to go off-site on days off/free time, but will be open to this being an in-residence contract.
