We are a new york based corporation that is looking for a strategic partner that would provide us with a audio/visual service for our quarterly internal leadership conferences that we host at 4-5 star hotel venues in las vegas.

we need a partner that has all of the equipment and experience of hosting these types of first class events.

an equipment list that our av partner must have available and bring for the conferences are but not limited to:



• 5.6 x 10 fast fold hd screen pkg
• dlp laser projector (12000 lumen)
• 40 inch confidence monitor package
• hdbase t to hdmi receiver
• led uplights
• pipe and drape section
• cue control w/laser
• hdbase t distribution amp (1x4)
• show computer
• 4 speaker sound system (jbl’s amp)
• 16 channel stereo mixer
• direct box laptop sound
• wireless microphones
• stage lighting package
• back lighting package
• flip chart easels with paper
• audio video technician
• ppp technician(embedding videos)

our conferences are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. we do conferences every december, may, july, and october.

our hotel venue partners allow us to set up the day before the event. our next event is december 9th, 2022, and we would like to make a hiring decision by the end of october, if not sooner.
